Wow, the Old Brewery Barn in Ullswater, Lake District was amazing! The room I stayed in was super cozy with a lovely view of the surroundings. It had not one, not two, but three bathrooms with showers! As a backpacker, I really appreciated having that extra convenience.
Personally, I didn't really like the color of the bathroom tiles. But hey, that's just my taste, and others might still find them nice.

During our Christmas stay, we had a fantastic time at this hotel. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to prepare our festive meals. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Pooley Bridge and Penrith. One more advantage we enjoyed was the enclosed garden, perfect for our furry friends to explore and play in.
Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. some essential items were provided, but we forgot to bring our own sauce for bacon sandwiches, and it would have been convenient to have little sachets available.

Loved the sun terrace and patio - perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying a glass of wine. The free WiFi was a bonus, although it meant I couldn't escape work emails!
Not enough hours in the day to make the most of all the amenities. Such a shame!
